James "Jimmie" Ray Sitsler

January 31, 1946 - January 27, 2020

Age 73

James "Jimmie" Ray Sitsler known by his friends as Soapy went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2020 at his home in Caney.

Jimmie was born in Coffeyville on January 31, 1946 to Andrew J. and Wild M. (Stephen's) Sitsler.  He was born a twin and one of seven sibling, five which preceded him in death.  Jim went to school in Coffeyville and earned his GED in 1973.  He worked most of his life as a Mechanic.  Jim loved playing pool, being around family, and entertaining his friends and family.

Jim's memories will live on with his children, Bobby Don Vargas, Jimmie Sitsler of Coffeyville, Jennifer Sitsler and Julia Kelso of Caney, and Jaimie Sitsler of Coffeyville, and brother Jack Sitsler of Coffeyville. 

He now rests with his parents, son Andrew Felton, brother Andrew Sitsler, sisters; Ellen Lewis, Shirley Perkins, Dollie Knisley, Janie Sitsler.
